GovBidAgent uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, and Workers AI for the current MVP architecture.

• Company-scoped data access in application logic.
• R2 document storage linked to bid opportunities.
• Security headers added to application/API responses.
• AI analysis can use Cloudflare Workers AI, with optional OpenAI API routing when an OpenAI key is configured as a secure Worker secret.

Before paid customer launch, add production monitoring, formal backup policy, file scanning, and attorney-reviewed compliance materials.
