Final review keeps every submission grounded. GovBidAgent supports bid analysis and proposal drafting while users confirm solicitation requirements, addenda, pricing, forms, licenses, insurance, bonds, registrations, deadlines, and final submission details.

Payment terms summary

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled before renewal. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing may vary by tier. Checkout, card collection, billing management, invoices, and cancellation are handled by Stripe. Refunds, credits, payment handling, and plan limits follow the current Payment Terms. GovBidAgent provides pursuit organization and decision support; award decisions, agency acceptance, revenue, and business outcomes depend on the contractor, agency, and opportunity.

Team and external partner access

Workspace owners and admins manage invitations, role assignments, and access changes. External partners receive focused access to assigned bid records and bid-linked documents. External partners agree: I agree to use this information only for preparing a quote or supporting this assigned opportunity. Assigned bid materials are used only for the related quote or opportunity support.

Proprietary platform protection

Users own their uploaded customer content. GovBidAgent retains ownership of its application, user interface, workflow design, templates, software, proprietary logic, and platform materials. Authorized use follows the service terms and protects the platform for every customer.
