Use of GovBidAgent
GovBidAgent provides a bid management workspace for organizing opportunities, uploaded documents, AI-assisted bid reviews, partner coordination, notes, reminders, and related workflow activity.
No legal, procurement, or professional advice
GovBidAgent is not a law firm, procurement authority, bonding advisor, insurance advisor, accountant, or compliance officer. AI-generated summaries, recommendations, checklists, and risk flags are provided for workflow assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing solicitations, addenda, contract documents, agency instructions, and final submissions.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into GovBidAgent, the documents you upload, the decisions you make, and the bids, quotes, proposals, or communications you submit. You should verify deadlines, forms, pricing, certifications, registrations, insurance, bonds, subcontracting rules, and agency-specific requirements before acting.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share access with unauthorized users or upload materials you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plan checkout and payment processing are handled through Stripe. GovBidAgent does not store full card numbers. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing may vary by subscription tier and may be updated as the product improves.
Uploaded documents and AI output
You grant GovBidAgent permission to process uploaded materials for the purpose of delivering app features, including document extraction, summaries, bid analysis, partner workflows, and saved records. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should always be reviewed by a qualified person before use.
Acceptable use
You may not use GovBidAgent to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the service in a way that could harm other users, the platform, or third-party systems.
Service availability
GovBidAgent is provided as a cloud-based application. We work to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider issues, network conditions, security events, or other causes outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovBidAgent is not responsible for lost bids, missed deadlines, rejected submissions, lost profits, procurement decisions, third-party actions, or damages caused by reliance on unverified information or AI-generated output.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically until canceled before renewal. Plan features, usage limits, pricing, checkout availability, cancellation rules, refund rules, failed payment handling, and data access after cancellation may vary by plan and account status. You must check “I agree to the Payment Terms” before opening Stripe checkout. GovBidAgent does not guarantee bid submissions, contract awards, agency acceptance, revenue, profits, or agency decisions.
Team and External Partner access
Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, role assignments, and removals. Team users must use workspace information only for authorized business purposes. External Partners receive limited access only to assigned bid records and bid-linked documents and must agree: I agree to use this information only for preparing a quote or supporting this assigned opportunity. External Partners may not copy, share, reuse, or disclose those materials for unrelated purposes.
Proprietary platform protection
GovBidAgent owns its software, user interface, workflow design, templates, proprietary logic, and platform materials. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, clone, reproduce, or misuse the service or attempt to discover non-public prompts, scoring methods, routing logic, security architecture, or backend implementation details.
